We are looking for an ambitious Growth Partnership Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue.

A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses
  • Developing and managing relationships within the Commercial segment with customers in the LATAM region
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
  • Research and build >40 cold accounts (adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) everyday
  • SUPPORT OUR INBOUND AND OUTBOUND SALES TEAMS IN CLOSING ENTERPRISE CLIENTS
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the initial stages of the buyer journeys
  • Handle inbound tickets Document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives
  • Involve in International Market Expansion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
  • Profound academic background from top-notch universities
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in the LATAM region
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions Fluency in English is a MUST
