Job Title: Senior Technical Project Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and communicate team priorities that align with the broader organization's goals.
  • Meet regularly to discuss performance and development, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Help drive short-term technical goals and evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
  • Design and guide systems designs within the scope of the broader area.
  • Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback on best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in software development with one or more programming languages.
  • 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (technical leadership or people management).
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
