IT System Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the seamless operation of business processes by leveraging technology solutions, resolving issues and implementing system enhancements.
  • Support business change with IT products, solutions and services to meet HR & Finance needs.
  • Identify opportunities to provide value-added IT solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Conduct needs assessments and consultations of IT requirements, recommend solutions and services that align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of solutions to business, coordinate with technical teams to provide feedback, requirements and support during solution implementation.
Specific Tasks:
  • Demand Management: Report and prioritize demands with business area, manage demands and activities with IT suppliers, conduct and monitor IT system projects.
  • Business Process Alignment: Align requirements and propose best solutions based on understanding business scenarios.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation by proposing efficient and innovative solutions, including RPA.
  • Incident Resolution: Manage and resolve incidents, issues/problems detected in the use of IT Applications.
  • System Deployment: Lead and support technical teams with internal procedures.
  • System Testing: Elaborate test scenarios, do system tests and support user tests.

Seeking a professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our dynamic team at GWM.

Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required. Proven experience in IT, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors, is preferred.

Key skills include:

  • Project management using agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Solution design, system integration, and architecture patterns.
  • RPA implementation and management using UiPath tool.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable knowledge on SAP FI/CO and Brazil Localization system for specifications and basic knowledge of ABAP (for debugging).

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of IT offerings to customers.
