About the Role

Agile development and innovation are at the heart of our projects. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead teams in delivering exceptional results.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget;
  • Manage client expectations, foster collaboration, and drive team autonomy;
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts and showcase capabilities;
  • Implement best practices in project management, improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency;
  • Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue oversight;

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed-price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders;
