Project Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned project professional to lead our pre-sales and project management efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on fixed-price, short-term projects.

The successful candidate will combine pre-sales expertise with hands-on project delivery and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery;
  • Developing and executing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction;
  • Partnering with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities;
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating project teams to foster collaboration, professional growth, and career development;
  • Implementing best practices in project management, continuously improving delivery processes, and removing bottlenecks;
  • Monitoring and managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;
  • Facilitating effective communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;
  • Identifying and addressing delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;
  • Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting team promotions and internal career progression;
  • Coordinating recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to build strong project teams.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant work experience;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate, and influence across multiple stakeholders;
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level.
