This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Chemical Ingredient Regulatory team for LATAM Consumer Health. You'll be responsible for leading raw materials and formulas regulatory review, ensuring quality deliverables and high compliance levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance for cosmetic products portfolio in LATAM.
  • Assess regional ingredient legislation and communicate its impact on the business.
  • Represent LATAM in global discussions, anticipating ingredient threats and advocating for evidence-based regulations.
  • Participate in trade associations discussions, incorporating diverse viewpoints into strategies and solutions.
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet ingredient regulatory needs and business priorities.
  • Predict and meet evolving consumer preferences by delivering science-based innovation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required. Cosmetology specialization considered a differential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, Regulatory Affairs or related areas required.
  • Experience in Regulatory Affairs or Chemical Raw Materials required.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese required. Spanish considered a differential.
  • Understanding of regional/global Regulatory Agencies considered a differential.
  • Strong connection and collaboration skills with ability to work and communicate with different partners.
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Rigorous, organized, analytical, synthetic mindset and ability to learn quickly.
