We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Insights Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, training, and process improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Develop materials related to our services and create/updating Playbook/Processes in the Customer Experience area;
- Manage and execute training for customers (remote and in-person) and onboard new employees of our team;
- Implement and manage our Community platform (global interaction platform for customers);
- Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and opportunities for process improvement in the CX team and training;
- Evaluate training solutions to increase process scalability;
- Responsible for Health Score and metric analysis focusing on customer engagement;
- Implement the onboarding process and online training for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Passion for training and customer-centric approach;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines;
- Time management and organization;
- Negotiation Techniques and Problem Solving;
- In-depth look at area indicators focusing on customer engagement;
- Ability to stratify data and prepare strategic reports;
- Emotional intelligence to deal with adverse situations and detractor customers.
