Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an OTC Commodities Sales Specialist - Grains. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales strategy across Brazil geographies for Grains clients, creating value and capturing revenues from the existing client base, and developing their own new client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Brazil geographies for Grains clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand business.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients, leveraging the Marex Agile Platform to attract new, sticky revenues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commodities sales, with a strong understanding of Grains markets and OTC Grains products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
