We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring seamless coordination with all departments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaboration and Communication

Establish and maintain effective relationships with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Issue Resolution

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Management

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Accounts Receivable section, ensuring that all personnel are well-informed of departmental objectives and policies.

Fiscal Management

Assist in determining fiscal requirements and compiling budgetary recommendations to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Resource Optimization

Identify cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on best practices to improve efficiency.

Account Management

Process third-party claims, maintain, review, and update guest accounts in accordance with credit policy, and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.

Transaction Management

Responsible for various transactions, including refunds, ability-to-pay allowances, discounts, and write-offs.

Special Collections

Investigate special collection problems and confer with financially responsible persons to advise on credit policy and make arrangements for payment of outstanding accounts.

Reporting and Analysis

Assist in preparing reports and analyses, setting forth progress, adverse trends, and recommendations or conclusions.

Work Planning and Scheduling

Plan and schedule work to ensure proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning for subsequent performance of duties.

Compliance and Training

Responsible for compliance with established practices and keeping employees abreast of current changes and standards.

Policies and Procedures

Develop and recommend operating policies and procedures for the Accounts Receivable section.
