Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Import and Export Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs clearance and documentation.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in import and export regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and software applications, such as ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in International Trade or related field.
  • Certification in international trade or logistics management.
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Portuguese.
