We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
As a seasoned professional in this field, you will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity and third-party risk management, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will help guide customers through onboarding, implementation, upsell, and renewal processes, ensuring seamless engagement and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized customer success plans that align with business objectives and operational goals.
- Develop strategic conversations with customers to identify and address pain points, providing actionable insights and guidance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the SecurityScorecard platform, maintaining a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Manage customer relationships, fostering trust and open communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS organizations or related industries.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
