Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage clinical expertise to identify high-cost and at-risk claimants and develop strategies to improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Develop actionable plans using medical and pharmacy claims data to drive better health outcomes and financial performance.
  • Conduct employer worksite assessments to evaluate culture, health climate, facilities, and policies affecting employee well-being.
  • Establish and monitor wellness program metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Support on-site and near-site clinic programs with project management expertise.
  • Prepare monthly clinical reports on high-cost claimants and collaborate with carrier case management to ensure appropriate care.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Health-related certification(s), such as CHES, WellCoach, ACE, ACSM CPT, RN, LCSW, or RD.
  • Two to three years' experience leading corporate wellness programs and addressing employee health needs and risks.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications, including data analytics, case management, and project management.
