Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Educate merchants about our standards of delivery and customer experience.
- Recommend suitable shipping solutions to improve seller and customer experience.
- Guide sellers on best practices for improving selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
- Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor advice.
- Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio.
- Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Experience with pipeline management and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
