Job Title: Jr Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jr Sales Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for leading and collaborating with our internal/field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies at the customer level, from strategy to execution, in collaboration with the customer team.
  • Financial Support: Provide in-depth financial analysis of promotions, plans, and price strategies, and influence the sales team to negotiate and increase ROI and sales.
  • Category Expertise: Design and deploy training programs and support materials, and serve as the point of contact for the Beauty Care category for the team and customers.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct granular sales performance analysis, including sell-in, sell-out, and inventory at the deepest SKU level.
  • Instore Execution: Ensure effective in-store execution, including KBDs and price tracking.
  • Initiatives and Campaigns: Develop and implement exclusive and customized initiatives and campaigns.
  • Market Insights: Utilize market tools such as Nielsen, IQVIA, and Scantech to gather insights and drive business results.
