PX Analyst Role Summary

We are seeking a talented PX Analyst to drive employee engagement and satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a significant impact in the workplace.

As a PX Analyst, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Your main goal will be to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, minimizing turnover metrics.

You will perform one-on-one meetings with employees, resolve complex employee relations issues, consult with line management, and provide daily HR guidance. You will also analyze trends and metrics related to attrition and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

In addition, you will provide HR policy guidance and assist international employees with relocation and HR-related matters.

  • Perform one-on-one meetings with employees.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics related to attrition.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations or similar.
  • Experience within the IT Industry (desirable).
  • Advanced English level.
