Documentations Specialist - Remote Work Opportunity

The role involves creating and maintaining high-quality internal documentation to enhance technical knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Ensure clarity, conciseness, and structure in written documentation using Markdown, Confluence, and Git.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and support teams to capture and disseminate technical knowledge effectively.
  • Promote and optimize knowledge management practices to support operational excellence and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience in technical writing or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in Markdown, Confluence, and Git for creating and managing documentation.
  • Strong ability to write, structure, and maintain SOPs, internal guides, knowledge base articles, and system documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively gather information from subject matter experts.
