Development Fundraising Specialist

Our team seeks a seasoned Development Officer to spearhead fundraising initiatives, driving growth and supporting our strategic objectives.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising plan, aligning with our financial goals.
- We are looking for someone to coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives that foster relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners.
- A key responsibility of this role is cultivating and maintaining relationships with current and potential donors, developing recognition programs, and researching grants and sponsorship opportunities.
- This position requires collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling content and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities.
Requirements include:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in English is essential, as international communication will be a core part of the role.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience is necessary for this position.
