Development Fundraising Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to design and execute fundraising initiatives that align with the organization's mission. A strong communicator with experience in building relationships with donors, sponsors, alumni, and community partners will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing a comprehensive annual fundraising plan to meet financial goals.
- Organizing and coordinating fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, such as capital drives, online giving programs, and alumni engagement events.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential and current donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Researching and applying for grants and sponsorship opportunities that support the organization's mission.
- Alumni Engagement: Foster lifelong connections to the organization and encourage giving.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising content, including newsletters and donor appeals.
- Maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities and providing regular updates on progress to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- English fluency is crucial for this role, as international communication will be key.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
