About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Systems Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring our systems (especially Odoo ERP) are reliable, secure, and continuously improving.

Your primary goal is to provide day-to-day systems support to end users, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first-line contact for IT incidents—diagnose, resolve or escalate within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide ongoing systems support to end users, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Track and coordinate multiple small projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed with clear status updates.
  • Review developer pull requests/commits and perform light tweaks when needed.
  • Verify delivered features against requirements; log and follow up on defects or improvement ideas.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot Odoo ERP workflows, modules and performance issues; propose actionable fixes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, harden security and improve service quality.
  • Create, update and maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams and change logs for consistent knowledge sharing.
  • Provide training and guidance to users through documentation, quick huddles and recorded demos.
