The KYC Manager role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading a team of Relationship Officers in delivering timely completion of the customer onboarding process.
Key aspects of this role include managing internal and external relationships to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and manage work volumes, adhering to established policies and deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively resolve client issues/escalations
- Analyze and interpret client data to identify trends and develop department strategy
- Drive change initiatives, business strategy, and technology enhancements programs
- Manage in dynamic, high-pressure environments and contribute to business resiliency planning
- Evaluate team and individual performance to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of client-facing work experience
- Broad business knowledge - ability to understand Global KYC/AML requirements and regulations
- Strong communication/presentation skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; collaboration and relationship building skills
- Ability to work autonomously to affect change - flexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; manages competing priorities to achieve effective results
