We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding objectives, and driving greater customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process 60-100 inbound calls per day, efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage outbound calls, leveraging your communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, accounts, representatives, tools, and dispensing systems, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Complete calls accurately while speaking with customers, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Process orders, literature requests, and apply information to customers in a timely manner.
- A high school qualification or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook) is essential for success in this role.
- Experience using Customer Service software is necessary for efficient performance.
- A bachelor's degree completed or in process is desirable.
- The ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
