Senior Finance Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced financial transformation leader to drive continuous improvement of financial processes in accounting and share services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial information to management, managing the team to deliver US GAAP and statutory financial statements, and maintaining a high level of governance to comply with SOX, internal control, and internal audit requirements.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Maintain a strong governance framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
This is a challenging role that requires excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving change. If you have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about transforming finance functions, we want to hear from you.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent;
- 10 years experience in accounting environment;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of Accounting standards and principles especially IFRS;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
