Accounting and Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate reconciliation and reporting, analyzing intricate accounting issues, mentoring and guiding junior team members, and maintaining elevated standards in financial deliverables.

This role requires the ability to build and nurture client relationships, develop a thorough understanding of accounting context, and inspire and manage team members to achieve quality work.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
