Job Title: Technical Leadership and Innovation Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage a skilled team responsible for Software Verification
  • Secure Ericsson technology leadership and ensure the right scope, quality, time, and cost for product development
  • Mentor, challenge, and develop individuals, teams, and the organization
  • Work with partner companies
  • Continue building and encouraging a creative and learning culture
  • Simplify sophisticated structures to develop competence and innovation while having a good understanding of agile and lean R&D development
  • Craft flow and optimized environment while providing coaching and mentorship of the team
  • Cultivate a culture of sharing, learning, and support
Requirements
  • Software Quality Focus
  • Non-Functional tests experience, Java performance knowledge
  • Experience with Cloud Platform, AWS Knowledge is a must
  • 3PP handling management
  • Test Automation Process, knowledge on Robot framework
  • Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning background concept
  • Previous experience leading teams and developing individuals in telecommunications or technology arena
  • Strong results-oriented leadership experience with a focus on finding effective and balanced solutions while being pro-active, empowering, pragmatic, and able to make things happen
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field or higher
  • Respect for deadlines and ability to empower people
  • Superb communication skills and handling relations
  • Experiences from multi-cultural and distributed development
