We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that customers' concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and solve customers' problems, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborate with peers and management to ensure seamless customer service, maintaining a high-performance and friendly workplace culture.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including fluency in native-level language.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with remote work environment and ability to thrive in it.
- Own a fully-functional laptop and high-speed, reliable internet connection.
- Experience as a Voice Support agent, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible working hours/days, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
