Senior Performance Marketing Manager Job Opportunity

To drive growth and profitability across channels and verticals, we seek a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager. As the head of Google Ads campaigns, you will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pacing, reporting, and performance metrics management
  • Creative asset management and library maintenance
  • Campaign planning and optimization with clear objectives
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign health for better CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Ability to manage large budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
  • Ad copy crafting and collaboration on creative assets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
