Security Operations Lead

The Security Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and safety of client personnel and operations at designated sites. This position requires leadership, strategic planning, and effective management of a team of static security guards to achieve optimal security outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the guard force in accordance with the site's Security Plan, identifying areas for improvement and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive training programs to equip guards with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality management systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing protocols.
- Ensure all guards are aware of prevailing threats and prepared to respond accordingly, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Must be an Australian expatriate capable of conversing and writing in English fluently.
- Shall have a military or police background with at least ten years of service experience or equivalent combination of military/police service and commercial security experience.
- Possess a recognized certificate in occupational health and safety.
