Chargeback Recovery Specialist

You will be responsible for minimizing losses and maximizing revenue by investigating chargebacks, collaborating with teams, and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on credit card chargebacks to identify criminal fraud or buyer abuse.
  • Review and process merchant reimbursement requests in line with company coverage policies.
  • Make informed decisions on chargeback cases to minimize potential losses and recover funds.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and optimize processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in chargeback analysis and fraud prevention within the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of card networks' regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company security and privacy policies.
