Chargeback Recovery Specialist
You will be responsible for minimizing losses and maximizing revenue by investigating chargebacks, collaborating with teams, and making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and analysis on credit card chargebacks to identify criminal fraud or buyer abuse.
- Review and process merchant reimbursement requests in line with company coverage policies.
- Make informed decisions on chargeback cases to minimize potential losses and recover funds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and optimize processes.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chargeback analysis and fraud prevention within the payments industry.
- Knowledge of card networks' regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company security and privacy policies.

Fraud Prevention Experience and Industry Knowledge are Highly Desired.
