Principal Responsibilities:- Direct, mentor, and develop the North American sales team.
- Drive revenue growth across enterprise, agency, and direct client sectors.
- Establish annual and monthly revenue forecasts, and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Nurture relationships with top-tier clients and prospects, negotiating deals and expanding long-term partnerships.
- Implement best-in-class sales processes and tools for pipeline management, lead generation, demos, and client engagement.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or business development.
- A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams and introducing new products to market.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business from major enterprises.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading by example while motivating and coaching a team.
