About the Role

The Associate Client Partner will collaborate closely with the Senior Client Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
  • Explore new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing clients, driving growth and revenue.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to project delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor project profitability and take proactive measures to ensure success.
  • Activate dormant relationships and introduce MetrixLab's capabilities to new clients.
  • Work closely with the Research team to deliver projects that meet client expectations and scope.
  • Stay informed about global protocols and best practices, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Participate in kickoff meetings, presentations, and global meetings, representing MetrixLab's interests.
Required Skills
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings.
  • Experience with various research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex results to clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen understanding of our solutions and services.
