Mission Overview

Odds Scanner is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will concentrate on achieving impactful outcomes through influencer collaborations, particularly targeting the Brazilian audience. Your responsibilities will encompass working with micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors. If you possess expertise in casting, training, and developing personas for in-house creators, and if you are motivated by analytics and performance metrics, we are eager to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute influencer marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with micro, nano, and larger influencers, alongside brand ambassadors, with a focus on the Brazilian market.
  • Supervise the casting and training processes for influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's ethos and messaging.
  • Develop and manage personas for in-house creators, aiding in their personal brand development and growth.
  • Track, assess, and report on influencer marketing effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to refine campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing division to ensure influencer-generated content aligns with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance metrics, and allocate resources effectively for influencer marketing projects.
  • Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand standards and maintains exceptional quality.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator or in a comparable position, with a strong emphasis on performance and results.
  • Experience engaging with micro, nano, and larger influencers, as well as brand ambassadors.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian market and fluency in Portuguese.
  • Robust understanding of influencer marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both English and Portuguese.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed marketing choices.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Experience in competitive sectors, particularly in sports or iGaming, is advantageous.
