About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Influencer MKT Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Growth team, you will be responsible for driving maximum returns for the business through influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of Influencers performance in Brazil within all categories, interacting with agencies, analyzing data, exploring new opportunities and implementing tests.
  • Manage budgets to drive maximum returns for the business, in line with target KPIs, forecasting spending and acquisition volume within all the influencer hirings every month.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Growth team in Brazil and the UK, sharing results and insights on best practices and strategies.
  • Develop internal relationships and collaborations with the agency as well as with the operations department to ensure all content goes live with the correct briefs, products, and gifts sent.
  • Ideate and create performance creative briefs for influencers and creators' content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer journey and how to sell products in this environment.
  • Experience in creative briefing, copy/content, and creators/influencers ads.
  • Understanding of data tracking and conversion measurement.
  • Familiarity with all social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, etc.).
  • Experience with high-growth and/or healthcare businesses is advantageous.
  • Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.

  • You are a self-starter who can take the initiative, lead a project, own the decisions, and proactively look to solve problems.
  • Very organized, you can manage projects with multiple stakeholders, tasks, and timings.
