Job Title: Technical Service Manager

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our Enterprise Cloud Services team. As a Technical Service Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing their business requirements and problems to provide quality services and resolve technical complexities.
  • Understand the customer business, goals, and challenges to suggest solutions and services that deliver value to the customer.
  • Identify and position offerings by SAP Enterprise Cloud Services that deliver value to the customer.
  • Offer comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
  • Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine).
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP NetWeaver Administration, migration, and upgrades.
  • Identify top issues, define service plan, and drive implementation of identified action items across customer landscapes.
  • Understanding of various SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios of SAP systems with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
  • Solid know-how on SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial).
  • Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and experience in working with cross-cultural teams.
  • English (advanced/fluent written and spoken).
  • Spanish is a plus.
Work Experience:
  • Strong experience under SAP Technical Administration Background (Preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill) and should have knowledge and experience on Administration and Operations of SAP solutions.
  • Among that, strong experience in customer-facing roles and should have excellent command on de-escalating critical situations.
  • Hands-on experience with working knowledge of Unix/Linux flavors.
  • Hands-on experience with working knowledge of SAP HANA and Sybase databases.
