Job Description

The role of Quality and HSE Manager is crucial in driving the implementation and governance of quality and safety vision, strategy, and goals for the Business Unit High Voltage Products.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining quality and safety management systems, providing local businesses with policies, regulations, and processes that describe value chain activities.

  • Develop and implement quality and safety strategies to ensure alignment with BU Quality Manager and other leaders.
  • Establish and maintain quality and safety management systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Oversee processes to ensure effective and efficient management, measuring with appropriate process metrics, and establishing effective change management processes.

Additional responsibilities include managing and coordinating audit programs and associated actions, ensuring customer feedback data is analyzed and responded effectively.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will focus on ensuring internal controls are in place to verify processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, preferably with a Master's degree. Advanced English and Spanish language skills are essential.

Experience in business operations and quality processes is required, along with certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.

A collaborative and solutions-focused individual with strong communication skills, ability to influence others, and leadership experience is necessary for success in this role.
