We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to join our team as a Senior HSE Manager. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

">- Strategic vision to lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures;
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to adopt a safety-first culture;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks;
- Ability to travel frequently to sites, audits, workshops, and training sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
">- An engineering degree or a Bachelor's degree in HSE;
- Minimum 10 years of strong HSE experience, preferably in high-risk industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, or related fields;
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and high-risk activities management;
- Experience in leading HSE projects, fostering safety culture, and implementing innovative solutions and best practices;
- Service experience is not mandatory but will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus.
