About the Role:
This Senior HR Analyst will support logistics operations by monitoring best practices in leadership and management of recruitment agencies.
The role will be based in our Guarulhos office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit terminations and monitor compliance
- Update agency service tickets daily for optimal performance
- Take proactive action on day-to-day demands
- Audit leaders' use of company best management practices (feedback and consequence matrix)
- Assist leaders with difficulties, focusing on engagement and retention through regular discussions
- Build trust with operations leadership through regular roundtable meetings
Project Management:
Monitor termination and satisfaction surveys monthly, creating action plans for improvement and managing projects to address identified areas.
Recruitment and Selection Process:
Monitor operational vacancy funnel with recruitment agencies and develop improvements for the agency selection process.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in HRBP Projects, driving success through effective project management
- High interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Recruitment and selection experience, with a focus on building talent pipelines
- Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Organization and prioritization skills, ensuring seamless project execution
- Ability to analyze research and summarize critical items, providing actionable insights
- Completed higher education, with a focus on business or human resources
- Advanced English language proficiency, facilitating communication with global teams
- Intermediate Excel skills, enabling data analysis and visualization
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in an operational environment, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management
- Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Knowledge of process and data auditing, enabling informed decision-making
