Job Title: Quality & HSE Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and governing our quality and safety vision, strategy, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation and governance of our quality and safety vision, strategy, and goals in alignment with business objectives.
  • Deploy and maintain our quality and safety management systems, ensuring they are aligned with local business requirements.
  • Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve our quality management system, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Oversee processes and ensure effective change management within the organization, including managing documentation and audits.
  • Ensure customer feedback is analyzed and responded to effectively, and that customer satisfaction is evaluated from a quality and customer/stakeholder perspective.
  • Ensure internal controls are in place to verify that processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a master's degree desirable.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Experience in business operations and quality processes.
  • Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience implementing business or quality strategies across multiple countries in a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence others, and leadership experience.
