Responsibilities
- Define year strategies for critical customer groups
- Set key performance indicators and monitor progress
- Implement Joint Business Plans and Advantage plans
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop replenishment plans for critical items
- Communicate innovation and discontinuation products
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Academic graduation
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Sales knowledge and leadership skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
