Job Description

To achieve business and commercial objectives, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to your assigned portfolio of customers. This includes being the single point of contact for their needs, managing escalations, resolving issues, and achieving customer satisfaction targets.

Additionally, you will work with the order fulfillment team to report on KPIs, analyze root causes of issues, and implement improvement initiatives. You will also utilize customer data to drive decision-making and maximize service levels and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Manage complaints and disputes efficiently, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to achieving business objectives by meeting customer service targets and supporting process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive sales growth and improve supply chain efficiency
Requirements
  • Experience in Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L)
  • Background in fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SAP knowledge and MS Office expertise
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo/SP. We offer relocation support and a dynamic work environment.
