Sales Representative

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, NPD & promotions.
**Key Responsibilities**
Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
Implement and monitor promotional activities.
Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
Report on activities.
**Requirements**
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical skills, sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG, perseverance and attention to details.
**About the Role**
This is a regular full-time position in Field Sales, with a base in Recife, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel weekly and be available to work in a fast-paced environment.
