About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Leadlio. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and conducting sales activities to contribute to our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research accounts and identify key players using various tools and databases.
  2. Create sequences using outreach tools to engage with potential clients.
  3. Write cold messaging and conduct follow-up activities to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  4. Schedule introductory meetings for our Account Executives.
  5. Enter data into our CRM system and work with the team to create plans for accounts and campaigns.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of work experience in B2B Sales.
  2. Fluent in English (full professional proficiency).
  3. Experience in outbound prospecting via cold email, cold calling, and other sales activities.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
  5. Candidates must be based in Latin America.
