We are seeking an ambitious Contracts, Consultancy & Privacy Manager to join our team full-time. Our team is currently based in the sun-soaked São Paulo office.
About the RoleThis senior legal professional will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients. They will provide internal legal advice on matters related to corporate, data privacy, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with current laws and company policies.
- Monitor and interpret changes in legislation that may impact business operations.
- Implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
The successful candidate will have:
- Expertise in contract management and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, data privacy, commercial, and regulatory law.
- Experience in leading teams and managing people.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Post-graduation in civil law and/or data protection.
- English intermediate (B2 level).
- Relevant experience in contracts and data privacy.
- Previous experience with people leadership and management.
