What will your key responsibilities entail?

  • Assist the Global HR Business Partners (HRBPs), including the CHRO, two Senior HR Business Partners, and the Head of Talent Management and Employee Experience, with various administrative and operational tasks, serving as a liaison with the finance team.
  • Execute structured tasks and analyses independently. Collaborate with the Human Resources Advisor, Reinsurance, to oversee processes such as headcount management, ensuring data accuracy, timely sharing with relevant stakeholders, and appropriate actions.
  • Support the Reinsurance HR team by conducting data analysis and initial reviews, gathering information, and preparing necessary reports.
  • Aid the Reinsurance HR team in preparing data for annual HR processes, including Performance & Development (P&D), Year-end Compensation, Talent Reviews, succession planning, and promotions.
  • Complete administrative forms and templates on behalf of HRBPs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the local HR Operations team when applicable.
  • Act as a resource for managers as needed in the execution of their responsibilities.
  • Become a proficient user of MyHR and a subject matter expert for all HR systems, ensuring the maintenance of HR records and providing relevant reporting in collaboration with Global HR Operations.
  • As part of a team of interns supporting the broader AXA XL business, you will be expected to provide assistance and cover for absences or increased workloads in other areas.

You will report to the HR Business Partner, Reinsurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in human resource management or currently pursuing a degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks from various sources without compromising quality.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
  • Customer-oriented, collaborative, and process-focused.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment that is continuously evolving to meet organizational needs.
