Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team at Ecu Worldwide Brasil. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our local office, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, selection, onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Prepare, publish, and follow up on internal and external job advertisements
  • Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policy and process
  • Partner with candidates at various stages of the recruitment process
  • Organize and participate in selection interviews
  • Provide HR solutions for new employees, including orientation sessions and onboarding
  • Ensure dissemination and compliance with Organizational Protection policies
  • Prepare employment contracts for new local/national employees
  • Manage health insurance for national employees
  • Review and validate monthly payroll
  • Maintain up-to-date data quality in HR information systems
  • Provide monthly reports to the Regional office
  • Supervise procurement processes for supplies, services, and consultancies
  • Provide reports to Finance for annual vacation agreement
  • Keep records of in-person and online employees
  • Recommend and implement human resources initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of HR principles, rules, and procedures, and Brazilian labor legislation
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Management of HR information systems (ORACLE and ADP preferred)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written)
  • 3 years of work experience in HR (generalist)
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to solve problems and respond to internal employee needs quickly and proactively
  • Familiarity with recruiting on social networks
  • High level of initiative and ability to work with little supervision
  • Availability and flexibility to travel frequently
