We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Latin America sales team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of prospecting consultants, and developing strategies to generate meetings and manage leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Latin America
- Manage a team of prospecting consultants to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and business partners
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a focus on team management and sales strategy development
- Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams
