About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the indirect channel of the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures excellent customer service, as well as the continuous development of the brand, visibility, and volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, engage, and motivate a team of sales coordinators.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in commercial areas, dealing with distributors, and people management.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
