Position Overview
This is a remote opportunity for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your designated clients, collaborating closely with the Operations team to deliver exceptional service while fostering and nurturing robust relationships.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a client management role is essential. Experience in courier services or call centers is advantageous, as is a background in delivery driving.

Working Hours
The available work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

Additional Notes
- This position is fully remote.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Candidates must be able to operate within the Eastern Time Zone.
