Employee Central Analyst Role Overview
As an Employee Central Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating employee records in our HR system. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Generate and prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and internal/external communications as needed.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and actively monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Human Resources or a similar function.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Istanbul.
- Availability for on-site work.
Desirable Experience:
- Preferable experience in working with SAP & SF.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
