Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support our Human Resource Department with administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Human Resource Department with administrative tasks such as managing employee data, preparing reports, and maintaining company records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders by being approachable, respectful, and professional.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling appointments, and processing employment paperwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
