Job Opportunity

This role is a great chance to take on a leadership position and lead a team of skilled developers in the development and maintenance of our gaming platform.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Team Lead in a similar role, with advanced English level, experience with Java and related technologies, and strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our gaming platform.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
  • Review and approve code changes, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and product owners to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead in a similar role.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience with Java and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Java MVC frameworks (J2EE, Spring Boot, Micronaut).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
